Easy Move Homes is a UK-based property buying company.


Their goal was simple: help homeowners sell quickly and stress-free - but they were starting from zero online presence in one of the UK’s most competitive industries.



We were tasked with building a complete digital growth system - from ad strategy and tracking to content and social setup - and turning a new name into a recognised property brand.

The Challenge


  • No social presence.
  • Competing against established nationwide companies.
  • Tight budget, so early ROI was crucial.
  • Needed consistent, qualified leads - not just clicks.
  • We had to create visibility, trust, and conversions from the ground up - fast.

Our Approach


1. Awareness Campaigns


We launched Facebook, Instagram (Meta) and Google awareness ads to introduce the brand and build credibility.


  • CPM (cost per 1,000 views) dropped to £0.07, generating thousands of impressions.
  • Ads focused on trust and empathy, featuring relatable homeowner stories.

2. Lead Generation Campaigns


Once brand awareness grew, we shifted focus to qualified leads using Meta Lead Forms.

We tested multiple emotional angles:


  • “Inherited a house you don’t want?”
  • “Tired of being a landlord?”
  • “Sold in 10 days - no repairs needed.”


CPL (cost per lead) fell from £33 in early tests to £11-15 on optimised campaigns.

3. Retargeting & WhatsApp Engagement


We built a low-cost retargeting funnel using WhatsApp engagement ads for users who interacted with earlier campaigns.


  • Clicks as low as £0.14.
  • Improved conversion consistency by re-engaging warm audiences.

4. Social Media Growth


We optimised EMH’s Facebook and Instagram pages for credibility and visibility, posting tailored content to match the ad strategy.
